Can i download a trial version of maschine software

Cannot Download Maschine 2. Messages: I opened a ticket 13 days ago and still no response I know it's the holidays but to me that is a long time. Not the end of the world though My open ticket is I cannot download my Maschine 2.

I downloaded and launched the Maschine 2. I live in NYC so no I'm not using dial-up, smoke signals, or a can on a string. PC issue it doesn't download on either. I run into the same problem. I can only surmise it is some issue with my NI account checking in with the service center.

Thing is, I can download other products and updates with no issue IE: Traktor. Hopefully I have provided ample troubleshooting information to make this an easy fix. I read that NI can provide an alternate link for download so I was hoping a moderator could pass this along since I can't get a response from support.
