Feb 11, PM in response to diesel vdub In response to diesel vdub If a hard reset is done in itunes i did that and restored from back up, i havnt tried as new phone because i was worried i wouldnt be able to get my apps and contacts back and there is no difference between wifi and 3g and i have tried multiple wifi's. Its getting very frustrating. If those do not work, restore as new. As long as your contacts are synced either with an exchange service or a supported app on your computer, there is no reason you will not be able to sync them back after a restore.
